The intelligence process takes place within hierarchical military organizations. That leads to bi-level sensor management optimization problems, consisting of both a coordination level and sensors control level. We will consider problems derived from actual operational scenarios, combining a multiobjective constraint satisfaction problem at the coordination level with sequential optimal controls at the sensors level. The modeling of the problem and solution methods will be presented and compared. %G English %L hal-00803445 %U https://ensta-bretagne.hal.science/hal-00803445 %~ UNIV-BREST %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE %~ CNRS %~ UNIV-UBS %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE-STIC %~ INSMI %~ ENIB %~ LAB-STICC_ENIB %~ LAB-STICC %~ TDS-MACS %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM
