The main challenge is to produce coherent data sets with centimeter accuracy, which can be not be achieved by using traditional calibration procedure. The aim of this paper is to propose a methodology for accurate boresight angle calibration of both VML and MBES. We shall first propose a new boresight angle calibration method for Lidar-IMU, then we will show on experimental results that the traditional patch-test calibration procedure used in hydrographic surveying is not adapted to the requested accuracy in the field of marine infrastructure surveys, and then, we shall propose an alternative target based calibration procedure. %G English %L hal-00704057 %U https://ensta-bretagne.hal.science/hal-00704057 %~ SDE %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE-STIC %~ GIP-BE
