This paper defines a new method based on interval analysis and set inversion to characterize estimability in the case of a bounded additive noise. To illustrate this new method, the time difference of arrival (TDOA) passive location estimability is evaluated. %G English %2 https://hal.science/hal-00518505/document %2 https://hal.science/hal-00518505/file/paper_reynet_estimability.pdf %L hal-00518505 %U https://hal.science/hal-00518505 %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE %~ ENSTA-BRETAGNE-STIC %~ ENSIETA-E3I2
